About Me

“Even though the camera I use most isn’t a professional one, it’s my phone, always with me as a student.”

About Me

Hi, I’m Nina, a graduating Bachelor of Biomedicine student at the University of Melbourne. Growing up with a father who is a professional photography, I've come to see photography as a means of ‘noticing’ surroundings and telling my own vision of the world. Beyond that, living and studying overseas has drawn my interest to observe and record overlooked details, temporary spaces, and everyday moments, which allows me to slow down and reconnect with my surroundings beyond the pressures of my scientific studies.

Here, I created my first personal photography portfolio website that is intentionally simple and image-focused. Through my work, I share my perspective as an international student moving between different cities and cultures, inviting you to experience moments that may feel unfamiliar yet still quietly connected.
